Knowledge Insights Inventory Outputs
The Knowledge Insights Inventory uses an easy to administer questionnaire, which has been validated and tested to assess the four dimensions of Tacit Knowledge Readiness as well as individual and organisational drivers of Tacit Knowledge Readiness.
The data from the Knowledge Insights Inventory allows ASSK to generate and facilitate a report and workshop that is specifically designed for your organisation’s needs.
The Knowledge Insights Inventory reports employees’ perceptions of your organisation’s tacit knowledge seeking, sharing, access and capture - we call this Tacit Knowledge Readiness :
1 The report provides your organisation a summary of your strongest and least effective Tacit Knowledge Readiness dimensions.
2 The report focuses on individual and organisational factors that drive tacit knowledge readiness and looks at interventions that can drive efficiency and competitiveness.
3 The report provides your organisation with a benchmark score derived from our research to allow comparison with Best in Class.
4 The report provides your organisation with data on its strongest and least effective Tacit Knowledge Readiness dimensions.
5 All responses are aggregated so that no individual questionnaire responses are identified.
Following the delivery of the report, ASSK will facilitate a workshop with the organisation.
The workshop helps to contextualise the scores in the report and allows ASSK to understand organisational dynamics that resulted in the scores.
In collaboration with the organisation, ASSK will identify and prioritise actions that can be implemented to enhance organisational Tacit Knowledge Readiness.
Once the report has been issued and interventions have been implemented by your organisation ASSK can continue to partner with you to improve your organisation’s Tacit Knowledge Readiness. Advanced Analytics means continuous improvement for both the client and for
